a.Authorize the Chief Executive Officer of Natividad Medical Center, (NMC) to execute Amendment #1 to the Professional Services Agreement (#09734) with Ventana Faculty Medical Association (Ventana) extending the term to June 30, 2007 in an amount not to exceed $1,009,609.90 for the period July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007 for professional Family Practice services at NMC; and
