a. Approve the receipt of Psychiatric Advance Directives Multi County Collaborative Innovation Plan grant by the Monterey County Health Department, Behavioral Health Bureau, from the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, in the amount of $1,978,237 for a period of four (4) years effective the date funds are first spent or services provided; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a non-standard Professional Services Agreement with Syracuse University, on behalf of its Burton Blatt Institute, for the provision of program management and consultation services for a total Agreement not to exceed $498,828 for the term beginning Upon Execution through June 30, 2025 as recommended by the Director of Health.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve the receipt of Psychiatric Advance Directives Multi County Collaborative Innovation Plan grant by the Monterey County Health Department, Behavioral Health Bureau, from the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, in the amount of $1,978,237 for a period of four (4) years effective the date funds are first spent or services provided; and
