Title
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Renewal and Amendment No.1 to Agreement A-164043 between the County of Monterey and Monterey County Rape Crisis Center (MCRCC) to provide in-person advocate accompaniment during evidentiary exams, ongoing support services, and resource connection for survivors of sexual assault at no cost to the County of Monterey, and extend the term an additional three (3) years, for the revised full Agreement term of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2028;
b. Approve non-standard insurance provisions in the Renewal and Amendment No.1 as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and
c. Authorize the Contracts and Purchasing Officer or designee to sign up to three future amendments to the Agreement, provided that these amendments do not substantially change the service described in the Agreement, with no exchange of funds, and approval from the Office of the County Counsel.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
