a. Ratify the execution by the County Contracts/Purchasing Officer, while performing the functions and duties as the EOC Logistic Section Chief, of standard services agreements with food, sanitation, decontamination/custodial and transportation vendors to address the COVID-19 Pandemic, as outlined in the attached Exhibit A, for periods between March 18, 2020, through June 30, 2023.
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor, to execute amendments to the agreements in an amount not to exceed 10% of the aggregate total of each agreement, that does not substantially change the scope of the agreement, during the pendency of identified emergencies.

RECOMMENDATION:
a. SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Contracts/Purchasing has been activated by the County Emergency Operation Center as the Logistics Support Section since the COVID-19 Pandemic began in March 2020. In this capacity, numerous agreements have been executed collaboratively in consultation with several emergency operatives and County Counsel to maintain public health and safety during the COVID-19 related emergency.
The COVID-19 Pandemic is currently being monitored and managed by the service agreements outlined in Exhibit A and are anticipated to extend beyond June 30, 2023. By approving...
