RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt a Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget for the East Garrison Community Services District.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The County Administrative Office recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve and adopt the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Budget for the East Garrison Community Services District (CSD). This budget is unchanged from the FY 2024-25 Recommended Budget as presented and received by the Board during the Budget Hearings on May 29, 2024. The FY 2024-25 Budget for the East Garrison CSD includes $2,056,804 in total appropriations offset by $1,956,223 in revenues and $100,581 in use of fund balance.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The County Administrative Office prepared the East Garrison CSD FY 2024-25 Adopted Budget resolution reflecting Board approval of the FY 2024-25 Recommended Budget as presented on May 29, 2024.
FINANCING:
The East Garrison CSD FY 2024-25 Adopted Budget Resolution reflects Board approval by reference of the FY 2024-25 Recommended Budget as presented on May 29, 2024, represents a balanced budget and meets all requirements for adoption.
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS STRATEGIC INITIATIVES:
The recommendation to approve the East Garrison CSD FY 2024-25 budget is consistent with the Board of Supervisors’ Strategic Initiative for Administration. The East Garrison CSD FY 2024-25 budget represents a balanced budget that sustains core services and efficiently allocates resources.
