a. Approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute a retroactive Agreement with Access Support Network to provide Rapid Homeless Outreach and Response services throughout the unincorporated areas of Monterey County and on County-owned properties within city limits, from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, funded by an intrafund reimbursement of Measure AA revenues; and
b. Approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute up to three future amendments to this Agreement where amendments do not exceed 10% ($25,000) of the amended contract amount, do not significantly alter the purposes and goals of the Agreement subject to review as to form by the Office of the County Counsel, and do not exceed the maximum aggregate amount of $275,000.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
