Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-11212; A-11213; A-11214
Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign
agreements with Regional Government Services Authority,
Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai LLP, and William Avery &
Associates, Inc., for the provision of professional personnel
consulting services to the County of Monterey on an as-needed
basis, for the term of five 5) years, from the date of July 1, 2008
through and including June 30, 2013, not to exceed the aggregate
amount of $500,000 for all agreements in accordance with the
terms and conditions set within each agreement.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign agreements with Regional
Government Services Authority, Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai LLP, and William Avery &
Associates, Inc., for the provision of professional personnel consulting services to the County of
Monterey on an as-needed basis, for the term of five 5) years, from the date of July 1, 2008
