Approve and Adopt the Amendment of Article VII of the Master
Fee Resolution to set and authorize collection by the Sheriff-
Coroner's Office, effective July 1, 2008 as attached in Exhibit I.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Potter, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and Adopted the Amendment of Article VII of the Master Fee Resolution to set and
authorize collection the Sheri ff-Coroner's Office, effective July 1, 2008 as attached.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Salinas, Mettee-McCutchon, Potter
