a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign an agreement with Door to Hope for Pathways to Safety 2.0 and Differential Response services for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the amount of $895,077; and
b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($89,507) of the amended contract amount, do not significantly change the scope of work, and do not exceed the maximum aggregate amount of $984,584.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign an agreement with Door to Hope for Pathways to Safety 2.0 and Differential Response services for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the amount of $895,077; and
b. SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Pathways to Safety 2.0 (P2S) continues its best practice work to keep families safe, home and thriving. A long-standing goal of P2S has always included minimization of the recurrence of a referral to the Child Welfare hotline. For all of the families referred to P2S; through FCS or the community, P2S will offer the provision of Information and Referral, Case Management, and Guardianship Process Support, that includes community provider’s linkage based on assessed needs and willingness of the family to participate
