Title
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a retroactive Facilities Use Agreement between the County of Monterey and Rancho Cielo Inc. to permit the use by the Health Department - Behavioral Health Bureau of two (2) office spaces on Rancho Cielo premises, for the provision of behavioral health services to youth participating in programs on the Rancho Cielo campus in the amount of $12,000 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and $12,000 for Fiscal Year 2027-28; for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $24,000 for the term beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028;
b. Accept the recommendation of the Director of Health Services or designee regarding nonstandard risk provisions terms; and
c. Authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($2,400) of the original agreement amount, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount over $26,400.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a.
