a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or his designee to execute a retroactive Agreement with AmeriPride Services, Inc. to provide uniforms to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca (WRLS) from May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $25,000; and
b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or his designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($2,500) of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or his designee to execute a retroactive Agreement with AmeriPride Services, Inc. to provide uniforms to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca (WRLS) from May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $25,000; and
b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or his designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($2,500) of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
This request supports the use of AmeriPride Services, Inc., through their uniform division, Aramark, to provide and maintain uniforms on a weekly basis for the Facilities Department at Laguna Seca Recreation Area and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. The uniforms provided will remain the property of AmeriPride Services, Inc. and they shall be responsible for maintenance of the uniforms on a weekly basis. AmeriPride Services, Inc. will invoice monthly for services rendered.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The Office of the County Counsel has reviewed and approved this agreement as to form.
FINANCING:
Cost of services provided by AmeriPride Services, Inc. is not to exceed $25,000 for the duration of the agreement.
