Report
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
This agreement is for the purpose of sharing confidential information to MAOF for the sole purpose of providing Child Care Payment Services.  State of California Regulations (MPP 47-301.21) requires the exchange of information between County Agencies and Child Care Payment Service Providers for the purpose of administering seamless transitional childcare services for customers between Stages 1, 2 & 3 Child Care, and binds each of these agencies by the same confidentiality requirements.  The Department will share information with MAOF by providing access to the C-IV System, an automated Public Assistance Data Software. The agreement was delayed coming to the Board due to a delay in obtaining proper insurance documents from the vendor.

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
County Counsel and Risk Management have reviewed and approved this agreement.

FINANCING:
This is a non-financial agreement for the purpose of sharing confidential information, and recommended actions have no budgetary impact.
