Title: a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Information Technology Department to execute a non-standard agreement with Pluralsight to purchase Skills Business Professional license subscriptions, for the term June 16, 2021 through June 16, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $85,137; b. Approve non-standard agreement terms as recommended by the Director of the Information Technology Department; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of the Information Technology Department to execute up to three (3) amendments to the Agreement, extending the term by one (1) year each, subject to County Counsel approval, provided the terms of the Agreement remain substantially the same and provided the total amount of all extensions does not exceed more than 10% of the original annual cost ($8,514.00 maximum additional cost).

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
