a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a non-standard agreement between the County of Monterey and the Tulare County Superintendent of Schools for the acceptance of Friday Night Live (FNL) Program funds for the provision of adult-led-youth mentored services retroactive to July 1, 2022, in the total Agreement amount not to exceed $55,000 for the full-term July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.
b. Approve the non-standard insurance and indemnification provisions as recommended by the Director of Health.
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($5,500) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a non-standard agreement between the County of Monterey and the Tulare County Superintendent of Schools for the acceptance of Friday Night Live (FNL) Program funds for the provision of adult-led-youth mentored services retroactive to July 1, 2022, in the total Agreement amount not to exceed $55,000 for the full-term July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.
b. Approve the non-standard insurance and indemnification provisions as recommended by the Director of Health.
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($5,500) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.
