Agreement No: A-11208
Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer or his
designee to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Troutman
Sanders LLP, for the purpose of providing Federal legislative
advocacy services in the amount of $250,000 for the period of July
1, 2008 through June 30, 2010.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and authorized the County Administrative Officer or his designee to sign a
Professional Services Agreement with Troutman Sanders LLP, for the purpose of providing
Federal legislative advocacy services in the amount of $250,000 for the period of July 1, 2008
through June 30, 2010.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
