Title
a. Approve the increase in appropriations and estimated revenues of $10,950 in the Sheriff's Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Adopted Budget (001-2300-SHE001-8273), financed by a Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) and property grant (4/5 vote required); and
b. Authorize and direct the Auditor Controller to amend the Sheriff's FY 2023-24 Adopted Budget (001-2300-SHE001-8273) by increasing appropriations and estimated revenues $10,950, financed by a PRISM and property grant (4/5 vote required); and
c. Authorize the Contracts and Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute a non-standard agreement with Flock Group Inc., dba Flock Safety, in an amount not to exceed $19,950, for cameras to be erected at Government Center parking lots, for two (2) years, effective upon execution by all parties; and
d. Authorize the Contracts and Purchasing Officer or their designee to sign up to three (3) amendments, where the scope of work does not significantly change and where the total amount of the amendments does not exceed 10% of the original contract amount.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
