a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a new one-year Monterey County Health Department, Behavioral Health Bureau, Mental Health Services Agreement with A&A Health Services, LLC for the provision of mental health services to Monterey County adult residents with severe psychiatric disabilities in a Board and Care facility, for a maximum County obligation of $379,784 for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($37,978) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a new one-year Monterey County Health Department, Behavioral Health Bureau, Mental Health Services Agreement with A&A Health Services, LLC for the provision of mental health services to Monterey County adult residents with severe psychiatric disabilities in a Board and Care facility, for a maximum County obligation of $379,784 for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and
