a. Authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute amendment No. 1 to the agreement (A-15116) with RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) Partners, LLC for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program learning tool, extending the agreement an additional nine (9) month period (April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024) for a revised full agreement term of April 1, 2021 through December 31, 2024, and adding $14,074 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $102,282.
b. Authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer for NMC or his designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to the agreement which do not significantly alter the scope of work and do not cause an increase of more than ten percent (10%) ($8,820) of the original cost of the agreement.

It is recommended the Board of Supervisors:
