Mental Health Services Agreement with Summitview Child and Family Services, Inc. for the provision of Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program and mental health services in the amount of $425,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21, $425,000 for FY 2021-22, and $425,000 for FY 2022-23, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $1,275,000 for the term July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023; and
b. Authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($127,500) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
This new Mental Health Services Agreement with Summitview Child and Family Services, Inc. will replace the current Agreement A-12710 with the County expiring on June 30, 2020. Summitview Child and Family Services, Inc. is a Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) providing residential and specialty mental health services including specialized and intensive care, supports, and 24-hour supervision on a short-term basis for children and youth with complex and severe needs.
