Title: a. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Chamberlain’s Children Center (“Chamberlain’s”) will provide Room and Board services to Monterey County young adults in accordance with the client's individual education plan and other identified needs. The Department of Social and Employment Services is no longer administering room and board fees for the Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA). The Behavioral Health Bureau, as lead provider of mental health services to this population of referred students is administering room and board services and will seek reimbursement from the local SELPA for such ...
