Title: a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement A-13851, retroactively with Central Coast Center for Independent Living (CCCIL) by adding $22,601 for FY 2019-20, effective June 1, 2020, and adding $190,807 to extend housing navigation/housing expenses for homeless individuals applying for disability benefits for one (1) additional fiscal year, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $615,925, and a revised term of March 20, 2018 through June 30, 2021; and b. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
