Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A 11812
a. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with the
Monterey County Business Council MCBC) for the
term July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, in an amount
not to exceed $91,800, to administer all aspects of the
Competitive Clusters C2); and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute
the Agreement.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, effective July 27, 2010, the Board hereby:
a. Approved a Professional Services Agreement with the Monterey County Business Council
MCBC) for the term July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed
$91,800, to administer all aspects of the Competitive Clusters C2); and
b. Authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute the Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
