Title: a. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Student Placement Agreement with Boise State University for rotations of Boise State University's Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program students at NMC, with no change to the agreement term of March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2026. b. Approve the NMC's Chief Executive Officer's recommendation to accept non-standard indemnification and insurance provisions within the agreement, and to include "Certification" provision (Idaho Code Section 67-2359) which addresses Institution's compliance with pertaining law of its home state of Idaho.

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended the Board of Supervisors:

a. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Student Placement Agreement with Boise State University for rotations of Boise State University's Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program students at NMC, with no change to the agreement term of March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2026.

clinical affiliation agreements with colleges and universities for specific clinical programs that
