Adopt a Resolution to amend Personnel Policies and Practices Resolution No. 98-394 to:
a. Correct the Class Code for the Fleet Service Writer classification as indicated in the attached Resolution; and
b. Direct the Human Resources Department to implement this action.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Adopt a Resolution to amend Personnel Policies and Practices Resolution No. 98-394 to:
a. Correct the Class Code for the Fleet Service Writer classification as indicated in the attached Resolution; and
b. Direct the Human Resources Department to implement this action.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors approved the creation of the Fleet Service Writer classification on October 22, 2013 effective November 2, 2013. The Class Code was incorrectly entered on the Resolution (ATTACHMENT A) therefore; this report is submitted for Board approval to correct the Class Code for the newly created classification with the effective date of the original action.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The Resource Management Agency, Public Works Department, Fleet Management Division has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation.

There are no costs associated with this action.
