Agreement Nos. A-12020 A-12021
a. Approve and Conse t to a First Implementation
Agreement to Dispositi n and Development Agreement
between the Redevelopment Agency of the County of
Monterey and UCP East Garrison, LLC with respect to the
implementation of the Disposition and Development
Agreement for the East Garrison Project;
b. Approve an Implements ion Agreement Among UCP East
Garrison, LLC, Midpen Housing Corporation, County of
Monterey, and the Redevelopment Agency of the County
of Monterey with respect to the development of affordable
housing in Phase 1 of the East Garrison Project; and
c. Authorize the Chair toexecute both agreements
Upon motion of Supervisor alinas, seconded by Supervisor Calcagno, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby;
a. Approved and Cons nted to a First Implementation Agreement No. A-11220) to
Disposition and Development Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the
County of Monterey and UCP East Garrison, LLC with respect to the implementation of
the Disposition and Development Agreement for the East Garrison Project;
b. Approved an Imple entation Agreement No. A-11221) Among UCP East Garrison,
LLC, Midpen Housi g Corporation, County of Monterey, and the Redevelopment
Agency of the County of Monterey with respect to the development of affordable housing
in Phase 1 of the East Garrison Project; and
c. Authorized the Chai to execute both agreements.
