Title
a. Adopt a resolution authorizing and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Sheriff’s Office Fiscal Year 2026-27 Adopted Budget by increasing appropriations in (1001-230013-60000) in the amount of $1,346,209 financed by the increase in revenue from the DSH in (1001-230013-44285). (4/5ths vote required); and
b. Amend the Sheriff’s Office Fiscal Year 2026-27 Adopted Budget (1001-230013-60000) to add one (1) Sheriff’s Sergeant position and one (1) Accountant I position that will be assigned to the Jail Based Competency Treatment and Early Access and Stabilization Services programs as detailed in the contracts with the Department of State Hospitals (4/5ths vote required); and
c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute a Non-standard Agreement with the State of California Department of State Hospitals, to continue the regional Jail Based Competency Treatment program, retroactive to July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $7,652,891; and
d. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute a Non-Standard Agreement with the State of California Department of State Hospitals, for Early Access and Stabilization Services, effective retroactive to July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $3,307,070.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
