RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Front St., Inc. - Drake House is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly that provides community-based activities for older adults age sixty (60) and over with serious and persistent mental illness with a co-occurring condition. Front St. provides these services at the Drake House facility located in the City of Monterey.
