a. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute a non-standard agreement with Closure Intelligence, Inc. for digital analytics software for the Office of the District Attorney in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the term retroactive to June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
b. Accept non-standard contract provisions as recommended by the District Attorney;
c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee and the District Attorney or designee to sign and execute the appropriate documents and verifications when required;
d. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis pursuant to the Agreement.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute a non-standard agreement with Closure Intelligence, Inc. for digital analytics software for the Office of the District Attorney in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the term retroactive to June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.

SUMMARY:
The District Attorney’s Office receives more than 10 terabytes of digital evidence annually. Closure provides a CJIS-compliant investigative analytics platform that assists investigators and prosecutors with the review and analysis of digital evidence.
