Adopt a Resolution to:
a. Approve the 2014 Winter Recess for Unit XL; and
b. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to implement the Winter/Eco Recess for the aforementioned Unit in the Advantage HRM system.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt a Resolution to:
a. Approve the 2014 Winter Recess for Unit XL; and
b. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to implement the Winter/Eco Recess for the aforementioned Unit in the Advantage HRM system.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
At its meeting of October 28, 2014 the Board approved the Winter Recess for unrepresented Units P, X, Y (excluding elected officials), & Z, as it had previously for represented units. Unit XL was inadvertently omitted from that action. This recommended action would approve the 2014 Winter Recess for Unit XL, as originally intended.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The County Administrative Office concurs with this recommendation.
FINANCING:
Providing a "Winter/Eco Recess" to XL will not require any budget modifications as these costs are built into the FY 2014-15 Adopted Budget.
