Receive the Action Minutes of the Capital Improvement Committee for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2021 for the meetings held on January 19, February 8, March 8, April 12, May 10, May 17, and June 14, 2021. 

Report

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the Action Minutes of the Capital Improvement Committee for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2021 for the meetings held on January 19, February 8, March 8, April 12, May 10, May 17, and June 14, 2021. 

 

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:

The Capital Improvement Committee met on January 19, February 8, March 8, April 12, May 10, May 17, and June 14, 2021. The Action Minutes for these meetings have been approved by the Capital Improvement Committee. The Committee members for calendar year 2021 are Supervisor Mary L. Adams and Supervisor John M. Phillips. The Capital Improvement Committee now submits the Action Minutes to the Board of Supervisors for receipt.

 

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:

The County Administrative Office prepared this report. County Departments prepare and submit staff reports for support by the Capital Improvement Committee. All staff reports are reviewed and approved by the CAO Budget Analysts.

 

FINANCING:

There is no financial impact to receive this report.
