a. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. where the Base Budget is $121,759.75 and the Contingency budget is $18,263.96, for a total amount not to exceed $140,023.71 to provide an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Huckleberry Hill Public Safety Radio Site/Wireless Telecommunications Facility (PLN100516) in the Del Monte Forest area, for a term through January 31, 2014; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute the Professional Services Agreement and future amendments to the Agreement where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work or change the approved Agreement amount.
