Agreement No: A 11695
Authorize the Purchasing Manager for Natividad Medical Center NMC) to
execute an Agreement with HT Systems for HT Systems Patient Secure
Biometric Patient Identity Management System Installation and Maintenance
Services at NMC in an amount not to exceed $175,000 for the period May 1,
2010 to April 30, 2013.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Authorized the Purchasing Manager for Natividad Medical Center NMC) to execute an
Agreement with HT Systems for HT Systems Patient Secure Biometric Patient Identity
Management System Installation and Maintenance Services at NMC in an amount not to exceed
$175,000 for the period May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2013.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11`h day of May, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Salinas, Potter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Parker
