Title: a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute an Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc. to provide repair and maintenance service on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the Health Department, in the amount not to exceed, $39,720, for the term retroactive to July 16, 2021 through July 15, 2024; and b. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute an Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc. to provide repair and maintenance service on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the Health Department, in the amount not to exceed, $39,720, for the term retroactive to July 16, 2021 through July 15, 2024; and
b. Approve the nonstandard indemnification provision, as recommended by the Director of Health; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement that will not exceed ten percent (10%) ($3,972) of the original Agreement and will not significantly change the Agreement.

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
