a. Authorize County Counsel to execute a Renewal and Amendment Number 3 to Agreement (A-16236) for specialized attorney services (“Agreement”) with the Law Offices of Kelly Wachs, P.C., for independent consulting and legal services with respect to employment-based immigration law matters for Natividad Medical Center, extending the agreement one year (retroactive to July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027) for a revised full agreement term of April 10, 2021, through June 30, 2027, and adding $100,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $410,000; and
b. Authorize County Counsel to execute up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($10,000) of the original agreement, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount over $420,000.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
