to execute an amended Scope of Services with
First Alarm Security & Patrol Inc. from

Security Services at NMC in an amount not to
exceed $1,100,000 an increase of $400,000)
for the period July 1, 2010 to June 30,
2011
Upon motion of Supervisor Armenta, seconded by Supervisor Potter and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby;
Approved and authorized the Contract / Purchasing Officer for the County of Monterey
to execute an amended Scope of Services with First Alarm Security & Patrol Inc. from
County Master Agreement MA*46) for Security Services at NMC in an amount not to
exceed $1,100,000 an increase of $400,000) for the period July 1, 2010 to June 30,
2011.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January 2011, by the following vote, to wit:
