a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or the Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 19 to the Master Proprietary Software Maintenance Agreement, No. 1402716, with CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. to migrate six computers used to compile County's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to a new secure environment, adding $38,000 to the existing contract for a total amount not to exceed $2,689,215.17; and
b. Authorize Contracts/Purchasing Officer or the Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to execute to execute order forms as necessary to secure services as required by the County.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or the Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 19 to the Master Proprietary Software Maintenance Agreement, No. 1402716, with CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. to migrate six computers used to compile County's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to a new secure environment, adding $38,000 to the existing contract for a total amount not to exceed $2,689,215.17; and
b. Authorize Contracts/Purchasing Officer or the Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to execute to execute order forms as necessary to secure services as required by the County.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. (CGI) has provided the County's Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, providing proprietary software product known as CGI Advantage, which integrates Human Resource Management, Payroll, Financial and Budgeting functions.
Proposed Amendment No. 19 aids with the migration of six Personal Computers running unsupported Windows 7 Operating System used to compile CGI proprietary software to the Virtual Machines running Windows Server 2016 Operating System.
