Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Approve and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Calendar Year
2007 and 2008 Operating Budget forms provided by the Salinas
Valley Fair Association, Inc., a non-profit 501 c) 3) public benefit
corporation, pursuant to Section 25905 of the Government Code.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and authorized the Board Chair to sign the Calendar Year 2007 and 2008 Operating
Budget forms provided by the Salinas Valley Fair Association, Inc., a non-profit 501 c) 3)
public benefit corporation, pursuant to Section 25905 of the Government Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Salinas, Mettee-McCutchon, Potter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
