RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Measure AA Committee support approval of the Measure AA Citizens Advisory Committee Structure and Appointment Procedure.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Measure AA Citizens Advisory Committee structure establishes a 10-member body representing all supervisorial districts. The Advisory Committee is charged with independently reviewing Measure AA expenditures to ensure compliance with voter intent and alignment with Board-approved budget priorities. The proposed procedures outline terms of service, officer roles, quorum requirements, meeting schedule, Brown Act compliance, and staff support expectations.
Staff requests that the Committee review the proposed structure, provide any recommendations, and support forwarding the Measure AA Citizens Advisory Committee structure and appointment procedure to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT
The Office of the County Counsel has reviewed the proposed Advisory Committee structure.

There is no direct fiscal impact. Existing departmental resources will support implementation
