Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisors to sign a Renewal and Amendment No. 1 with Monterey Bay Office Products, Inc., dba Monterey Bay Systems ("MBS"), for the lease of one printer and related maintenance and supplies, extending the term to March 31, 2025 for a revised full term of March 16, 2019 through March 31, 2025, and increasing the agreement by $12,600 for a total contract liability of $18,200.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisors to sign a Renewal and Amendment No. 1 with Monterey Bay Office Products, Inc., dba Monterey Bay Systems ("MBS"), for the lease of one printer and related maintenance and supplies, extending the term to March 31, 2025 for a revised full term of March 16, 2019 through March 31, 2025, and increasing the agreement by $12,600 for a total contract liability of $18,200.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
MBS is a Salinas, California technology company providing computing, networking, business equipment services for government agency and private sector businesses. Pursuant to an agreement between MBS and the County of Monterey, on behalf of the Civil Grand Jury, MBS leased to County one Konica Minolta Bixhub C360i Color printer copier and provide related maintenance services and supplies for the last three years. That agreement expired on February 16, 2022. The Office of the Civil Grand Jury is requesting that the contract be renewed and extended to March 31, 2025, and increase the amount of the agreement by $12,600 to $18,200.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
County Counsel has reviewed and approved the Renewal and Amendment No. 1 as to form.
Auditor-Controller has reviewed and approved as to financial terms.
FINANCING:
The cost for this Renewal and Amendment No. 1 is included in the FY 21-22 Approved Budget allocation of the Office of the Civil Grand Jury.
