RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY:
A Coastal Development Permit to allow the development of the Post Ranch Inn was approved by the Monterey County Planning Commission on May 31, 1989 (Resolution No. 89-176).
