Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-10961
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health to sign Amendment
No. 1 to the Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner Master Agreement
No. A-10961 to increase the Agreement in the amount of $100,000,
for a maximum total amount not to exceed $150,000, and to extend
the term to June 30, 2010; and
b. Authorize the Director of Health to execute Agreements with
qualified individuals.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, effective June 24, 2008, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Director of Health to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Sexual
Assault Forensic Examiner Master Agreement No. A-10961 to increase the Agreement in the
amount of $100,000, for a maximum total amount not to exceed $150,000, and to extend the
term to June 30, 2010; and
b. Authorized the Director of Health to execute Agreements with qualified individuals.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24`h day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
