Title
a. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Department of Emergency Management (DEM) to submit CalOES Form 130 designating County staff titles authorized to execute documents and applications for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance under Public Law 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, and/or state financial assistance under the California Disaster Assistance Act (CDAA); and
b. Designate and Authorize County staff titles of Director of Emergency Management, Emergency Services Manager, and Assistant County Administrative Officer to execute grant documents and applications for the California Disaster Assistance Act (CDAA); and
c. Authorize Department of Emergency Management to receive future awards from the California Disaster Assistance Act (CDAA)

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Department of Emergency Management (DEM) to submit CalOES Form 130 designating County staff titles authorized to execute documents and applications for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance under Public Law 93-288 as amended by the Robert T.
