County of Monterey, State of California
Introduce, waive the reading, and set August 24, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., to consider
adoption of an Ordinance amending the Monterey County Code, Title 12, Section
12.12.015, to establish a 5 m.p.h. speed limit for vehicles over 20 tons at Turner
Creek Bridge No. 536 State No. 44C-0163) and Mill Creek Bridge No. 540 State
No. 44C-0 164) on Palo Colorado Road, Big Sur Coastal area.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Introduced, waived the reading, and set August 24, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., to consider adoption of
an Ordinance amending the Monterey County Code, Title 12, Section 12.12.015, to establish a 5
m.p.h. speed limit for vehicles over 20 tons at Turner Creek Bridge No. 536 State No. 44C-
0163) and Mill Creek Bridge No. 540 State No. 44C-0164) on Palo Colorado Road, Big Sur
Coastal area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
