RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to sign a three-year non-standard agreement with West Publishing Corporation in an amount of $144,286.00, for Clear ProFlex retroactive to July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024; and
b. Authorize the Monterey County Sheriff's Office Information Technology Manager to sign appropriate documents and verifications when required.

The Monterey County Sheriff's Office requests approval of agreement (with addendum) with West Publishing Corporation.
