RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the Board of Supervisors:
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad or his designee to execute amendment No. 3 to the agreement (A-14274) with Visual Net Design for website update and web hosting services, extending the agreement an additional two (2) year period (May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2025) for a revised full agreement term of May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2025, and adding $98,916 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $422,880.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Natividad is recommending that the current agreement for hosting and support services with Visual Net Design be renewed. In an effort to reach our target audience, Natividad currently has an English and a Spanish website that are distinct and separate. The approval of this agreement will NMC ensure that the websites provide up to date and accurate information related to services, contact information, and information on the health-related matters, which the organization feels is important to our community.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The Office of County Counsel has reviewed and approved this amendment No 3 as to form, and the Auditor-Controller has reviewed and approved as to payment provisions. The amendment No. 3 has also been reviewed and approved by Natividad's Finance Committee on by its Board of Trustees on March 10, 2023.
FINANCING:
The cost for this amendment No. 3 is $98,916 of which $62,168 is included in the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Recommended Budget. Amounts for remaining years of the agreement wi...
