a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a new three (3) year Mental Health Services Agreement between the County of Monterey and Benjamin Macasaet DBA New Horizon II Adult Residential Facility in Salinas, CA for the provision of mental health services for Monterey County adult residents with severe psychiatric disabilities in the amount of $148,920 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23, $148,920 for FY 2023-24, and $148,920 for FY 2024-25, for a maximum County obligation of $446,760 for the retroactive term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025; and
b. Approve non-standard insurance provision in Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($44,676) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
