Title: a. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Milhouse Children’s Services (“Milhous”) will provide mental health services to Monterey County young adults in accordance with the client's individual education plan and other identified needs. Milhous provides an array of mental health services and rehabilitative care to Monterey County children. Children placed in Milhous suffer from seriously emotional and behavioral problems, which interfere with their ability to effectively function within their home and in the community.
