RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the Action Minutes of the Budget Committee for: January 30, 2013, February 19, 2013, February 27, 2013, March 27, 2013, April 24, 2013, June 12, 2013 and June 24, 2013.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Budget Committee met on: January 30, 2013, February 19, 2013, February 27, 2013, March 27, 2013, April 24, 2013, June 12, 2013 and June 24, 2013. The Action Minutes for these meetings have been approved by the Budget Committee. The Committee members are Supervisors Louis Calcagno and Supervisor Fernando Armenta. The Budget Committee submits these Actions Minutes for receipt by the Board.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The CAO - Budget & Analysis Division prepared this report. County departments prepare and submit staff reports for consideration by the Budget Committee. All staff reports are reviewed and approved by the CAO Analysts. County Counsel, Auditor-Controller and Department Heads are consulted as needed.
FINANCING:
There is no impact to the County's General Fund by receiving this report.
