Adopt a resolution to:
a. Support a Funding Agreement between the Monterey County Health Department ("Health") and the Big Sur Health Center, Inc. ("BSHC") in the amount not to exceed $30,000, to assist with the direct operational costs of providing medical services to the clients residing in Big Sur and the surrounding area during Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25; and
b. Authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute a Funding Agreement with BSHC to provide funding in an amount not to exceed $30,000 to assist with the direct operational costs of providing medical services to the clients residing in Big Sur and the surrounding area, with an Agreement term beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution to:
a. Support a Funding Agreement between the Monterey County Health Department ("Health") and the Big Sur Health Center, Inc. ("BSHC") in the amount not to exceed $30,000, to assist with the direct operational costs of providing medical services to the clients residing in Big Sur and the surrounding area during Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25; and
