a. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute a Standard Agreement between TOURtech Support, Inc. dba Roundrock Technology and the County of Monterey for event I.T. services for WeatherTech(r) Raceway at Laguna Seca with a term beginning May 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, for an amount not to exceed of $150,000;
b. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute up to three (3) future amendments to the Standard Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10%, or $15,000, of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work, subject to County Counsel approval.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute a Standard Agreement between TOURtech Support, Inc. dba Roundrock Technology and the County of Monterey for event I.T. services for WeatherTech(r) Raceway at Laguna Seca with a term beginning May 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, for an amount not to exceed of $150,000;

TOURtech Support, Inc. dba Roundrock Technology (Roundrock), an IT system and support company, has utilized its cutting-edge technology and expertise to connect hundreds of thousands of people at music festivals, corporate gatherings, and sporting events.
